This weekend I photographed Adam and Carrie’s wedding at the University of Portland. They first met there while attending school and returned to be married in the University Chapel, a beautiful church set in the middle of campus. Tons of family and friends flew in from around the country to celebrate (the bridal party alone was 18 people!), and celebrate they did. Following the traditional catholic ceremony, everyone headed to MacTarnahans Brewing for a reception that lasted late into the night. The entire day was a classy and elegant affair, and Adam and Carrie were great sports - braving cold weather and threatening clouds to take photographs around campus. This weekend I photographed Curtis and Julie’s wedding out at The Resort at the Mountain in Welches, OR. Even though the weather was gray and cloudy, it never turned to rain and during the ceremony the sun even broke through the trees for a few minutes. The overcast sky brought out the bright fall colors beautifully and as you can see we had a blast cruising around the grounds of the golf course to take photos. Curtis and Julie are a super fun couple and it was great to hang out with them and their families for the day. Congratulations, you guys ~ have a great time in Mexico!
